The proof

We didn't build this
in a demo environment.

Flying Pig Cleaning is a real residential cleaning business in Cincinnati, Ohio. We built Truffle on it. Every system you'd receive was tested on actual paying customers before we offered it to anyone else.

The problem we solved

The leads were coming in.
The follow-up was broken.

Like every SMB we talk to, Flying Pig had an inquiry problem hiding inside what looked like a marketing problem. The website was live. The Google Business Profile was set up. People were finding the business and submitting forms.

But there was no system on the other end. A prospect would submit a quote request at 9pm. The owner would see it the next morning. By then, the customer had already heard back from a competitor — or given up entirely.

There was no record of the people who went cold. That's the most dangerous part. When there's no log, there's no signal that anything is wrong. The business looked like it was performing fine. It was actually losing 60% of leads before they ever made it into the system.

The most valuable things are underground. You just need someone who knows how to find them.

The second problem was visibility. Which keywords were driving form submissions? Which service areas were converting? None of this was tracked. Every decision was based on feel.

The third problem was reviews. The business did good work. Customers were happy. But the ask never came consistently. Three months in, the GBP had fewer than ten reviews. Competitors with similar quality had forty. That gap was the reason Flying Pig wasn't ranking in the top 3.

Est. monthly net ROI with Truffle
How this is calculated: Lead conversion drops ~80% after 5 minutes of no response. Loss rate is estimated proportionally based on your response time. Monthly revenue lost = lost leads × avg ticket × close rate. Net ROI assumes Truffle recovers 70% of those leads at a $500/month investment.
Before and after

What changed when
Flying Pig went live.

The difference between how Flying Pig was operating before Truffle — and what the week after go-live looked like.

Without Truffle
  • Lead submits at 9pm. Owner sees it at 7am. They hired someone else at 9:04pm.
  • No record of leads that went cold. No idea how many were lost.
  • 20+ hours per month on manual follow-up — phone tag, missed threads, forgotten leads.
  • Follow-up depended on the owner. One busy week and the whole system broke.
  • Reviews happened by accident. No system, no velocity, no ranking benefit.
  • GBP incomplete. Competitors ranking above. No visibility into why.
With Truffle
  • Lead submits at 9pm. They get a personalized SMS with a booking link at 9:00:47pm.
  • Every lead logged with AI verdict, reason, and priority score. Full pipeline visibility.
  • Zero manual follow-up hours. The system handles every qualified lead automatically.
  • Automation runs 24/7 regardless of how busy the owner is. System never breaks.
  • Reviews fire automatically post-job. 3–5 new reviews per week compounding over time.
  • GBP fully optimized, maintained weekly, ranking in the top 3 of the map pack.
The tech stack

Built lean.
No bloat.

We didn't default to an all-in-one platform. We didn't pay for a $300/month CRM. We built a purpose-specific stack with exactly the right tools — and nothing else.

Why this matters for you: We're not selling you a software subscription. These are the actual tools running on a real business right now. You pay for the build and ongoing management — not a platform license that adds to your overhead.

What this means for you

Everything we built
transfers to your business.

Flying Pig is a cleaning business. The system is business-agnostic. The qualification criteria change. The service area changes. The industry changes. The architecture doesn't.

Same assessment, different business

The discovery process works for any SMB — the questions adapt to your industry, your tools, your team. The output is always a custom report built from what you told us, not a template.

Same automation, different criteria

For HVAC, the AI evaluates emergency vs. maintenance and service area. For a different business, different criteria. The workflow is identical — only the qualification logic changes.

Same SEO framework, different keywords

The 7-layer system was designed for businesses with local search presence. The keyword hierarchy, GBP optimization, and backlink strategy all apply — mapped to your market and verticals.

We built it on a real business. We know it works because we watched it work — before we offered it to anyone else.
